Dr. Carrasco first met Russell 16 years ago when he had suffered an accident.
He was always so upbeat that Dr. Carrasco never needed to see his paralyzed arm and can’t understand why he wants it removed. Russell goes to see a Retired Colonel with extensive experience with amputations. The options are to cut it off at the shoulder, above the elbow or stay how he is… what will he choose?
